Junior State Championships 2026
Over the weekend of 19 and 20 September, many of our MAG and WAG athletes competed at the Kingborough Sports Centre in the Junior State Championships.
With gymnasts from Levels 3 to 5, HGA was well represented across all divisions we entered.
Many individual gymnasts experienced highlights, not only winning medals on various apparatus but also posting personal bests and executing difficult skills. Several of our athletes also had the honour of being flag-bearers at the opening ceremony and at the start of sessions. Each gymnast represented our club with pride, showing not only skill but also fantastic encouragement and support for one another. We couldn’t be more proud of your achievements - your effort, dedication, and team spirit don’t go unnoticed!

This brings the competition season to a close for our MAG and WAG athletes. A huge thank you to our coaches - Claire, Eleanor, Georgia-Alice, Hayley, JJ, Kara, Kobi and Sam - for their efforts in developing and supporting our gymnasts.
